• Support modernization, innovation, process improvement, and compliance initiatives in core and retail banking.
• Assist with requirements gathering and translate business needs into specs for core banking projects.
• Support configuration, testing, upgrades, integrations, and workflow optimization to improve performance and data quality.
• Troubleshoot issues with IT, business units, vendors, and third parties to identify root causes.
• Maintain system documentation, support change management and user training.
• Ensure data governance and regulatory compliance, assist with audits and reporting.
