Job summary

River Run is seeking a VP, Enterprise Applications and Banking Systems Director in Newburyport, MA to lead strategy, governance, and management of the Bank's core platform and enterprise apps.

You will partner with business and executive leaders to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure systems support operations and strategic goals. Strong regulatory and risk management experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's and/or professional certifications preferred.
• Extensive leadership experience in banking/IT and enterprise applications.
• Experience with core banking platforms, lending workflows, and digital banking.
• Strong governance, SDLC, ITIL, project management, and vendor risk management knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead complex technology programs with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and governance for the enterprise application portfolio and roadmap.
• Oversee lifecycle management, upgrades, releases, and architecture alignment.
• Direct administration of FIS Horizon and Baker Hill configurations and workflows.
• Manage vendor contracts, performance, due diligence, and third-party risk.
• Lead security governance, access management, compliance, and audits in partnership with security teams.
• Advise executive leadership and build high-performing teams through coaching.
