• Ability to perform requirement gathering, mapping of current processes, gap analysis and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies with stakeholders for performance alignment.
• Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and SOPs.
• Research third-party products and provide comparative analyses of features and costs.
