Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Bank operations experience with progressive responsibilities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience optimizing platform configurations and designing workflows.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience with core implementations.
• Demonstrated experience performing core system and perimeter maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to make decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, optimize core processing system and related applications.
• Serve as liaison between business units, technology personnel, and core service providers.
• Manage deposit account opening platform, access controls, and system configurations.
• Coordinate with departments to implement changes, document product specs and workflows.
• Develop deposit account forms, disclosures, and user workflows to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate with core banking vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and changes.
• Establish and enhance deposit system procedures and controls.
• Be SME for deposit account systems, reporting, and operational processes.
• Monitor operational risks and drive corrective actions and improvements.
• Support system implementations, conversions, upgrades, and related projects.
