Qualifications

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for the administration, maintenance, optimization, and support of the Bank's core processing system and related ancillary applications.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business units, technology personnel, and core service providers to ensure the system effectively supports operational, customer, regulatory, and strategic objectives.
• Provide leadership for development, maintenance, and delivery of advanced reporting solutions supporting management and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with and support activities with core banking and technology vendors, including issue tracking, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor operational risks and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Support strategic initiatives, system implementations, conversions, upgrades, and other projects affecting deposit operations, reporting, or document management.
