Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience administering enterprise applications with exposure to core banking systems (FIS IBS) and digital platforms (NCR Voyix).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of core banking and mobile banking applications to ensure stability, security, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
• Lead integrations with third-party systems and pursue automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Maintain vendor relationships, SLAs, renewals, and provide training/documentation as needed.
• Manage user access controls and security configurations.
