A local automotive service center in Erie is seeking a Service Greeter for a full-time position. No automotive experience is required, as training will be provided. Job Description

Service Greeters present themselves in a professional and polite way to greet incoming service customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet and direct service customers to an available Service Advisor upon arrival.
• Record current vehicle information (such as current mileage and any available maintenance minder codes) to present to the customer’s assigned Service Advisor.
• Assist Service Advisors as needed in the service drive.
