Pinehurst Toyota in Southern Pines, NC is seeking an entry-level Service Greeter to welcome guests and support the service team. We provide training to the right candidate and offer a friendly onboarding experience.

You will assist with write-ups, scheduling, and phones while helping ensure each customer has a positive visit. Both full- and part-time roles are available, with on-site work and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Friendly and customer service focused.
• Reliable.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside.
• Computer knowledge a plus.

• Verifying that the total repair meets the estimate provided to the customer.
• Ensuring all customers have an exceptional service experience.
• Occasionally move cars from the service lane to shop.
• Deliver customers vehicles back to them in the service lane.
• Handle payment from customers on occasion.
• Scheduling appointments and answering the phones.
• Full and part-time positions open.
• Driven to succeed and advance.
