Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Lead to own Arrow ECS's Copilot strategy across markets and translate vision into repeatable campaigns and offers. You will coordinate with Microsoft, country teams, and partners to accelerate Copilot adoption and ensure consistent execution across regions.

You will build enablement programs, drive go-to-market motions, and create packaged services that partners and customers can take to market, working remotely from Belgium with global reach.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Organised and structured; able to manage multiple initiatives across countries.
• Creative; capable of designing new motions, campaigns and frameworks.
• Strategic yet hands-on; willing to build artefacts and drive execution.
• Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative; aligns with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Copilot strategy for Arrow’s Copilot pillar and translate it into a concrete plan.
• Align with Microsoft and stakeholders to agree joint strategy, priorities, and investments.
• Build go-to-market motions, enablement frameworks, and repeatable offers for country teams and partners.
• Lead country adoption initiatives and ensure consistent execution across regions.
• Lead marketing campaigns for the pillar in coordination with marketing and Microsoft.
• Develop enablement programs for internal teams and the partner ecosystem.
• Create packaged services that partners and countries can take to market.
