Job summary

Interlink Cloud Advisors, Inc. is seeking a Microsoft Digital Productivity Consultant specializing in Copilot to drive adoption of Microsoft solutions for our clients. You will report to the Employee Productivity and Engagement Practice Lead and join a close-knit team.

Responsibilities include designing workshops, leading change management, and developing user adoption strategies across the Microsoft 365 stack, with remote work nationwide and a hybrid option at our Mason, OH headquarters.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading business analysis and requirement gathering processes; experience in project management fundamentals and tools will be useful in this role
• Experience using Microsoft 365 Copilot
• 2+ years of experience working with SharePoint/Teams structure and content management
• 2+ years of experience managing and working with data structures and information management
• Comfortable and excited at creating and presenting workshops and training sessions to diverse groups; client-facing role with communication on video calls or webinars
• 1+ year of experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Expertise in creating and driving change management and user adoption strategies
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging workshops on Microsoft 365 Copilot and other Microsoft solutions to diverse audiences
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of M365 Copilot and other Microsoft solutions
• Develop and implement comprehensive user adoption strategies tailored to client needs
• Assess client information management and storage tools, and recommend and implement solutions based on Microsoft 365
• Create and maintain documentation related to Microsoft solution configurations, training materials, and change management plans
