WGA Advisors seeks a Lead Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer to design, build, and deploy production-grade enterprise AI agents within the Microsoft ecosystem, integrated with Snowflake as the data layer.

This hands-on role spans across client engagements, requiring fluency with Copilot Studio, Foundry, MCP, and Cortex capabilities to deliver scalable, governed agent solutions from design through pilot deployment.

Remote, with two weeks onsite in Asia-Pacific as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Eng or related field required.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with production AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Extend agent capabilities with Foundry, MCP, and Cortex.
• Develop connectors, flows, and functions to support agent actions.
• Configure authentication, security policies, and RBAC.
• Lead testing, pilot deployment, and client onboarding.
