Job summary

Capital Group seeks an AI Product Manager to shape and execute the product strategy for its enterprise AI capabilities. You will partner with business-facing Product Managers to translate needs into roadmaps, and bridge business strategy with technical execution across engineering, security, legal, and risk.

You will define roadmaps for Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, and Power Platform, collaborate with Engineering Managers, balance priorities, drive adoption, and report progress

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years leading product initiatives.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable roadmaps.
• Strong communication and ability to influence diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for enterprise AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and cross-functional teams to balance priorities and deliver value.
