Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Microsoft AI Platform Product Manager in Charlotte to shape and execute the product strategy for enterprise AI capabilities. You will partner with business PMs to translate needs into roadmaps, and work across Engineering, Security, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities include defining roadmaps for Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, and Power Platform, balancing technical constraints with business priorities, and communicating

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years leading product initiatives.
• Familiar with defining and executing product strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Experience with AI technologies and enterprise productivity applications.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft's AI ecosystem including Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry and Power Platform.

• Shape and execute the product strategy for Capital Group's enterprise AI capabilities.
• Partner with business-facing PMs to translate needs into actionable roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Legal, Risk, and Operations to align initiatives with governance.
• Define roadmaps for solutions built on Microsoft Copilot and related platforms.
• Balance business demand with platform capabilities and enterprise priorities.
• Communicate vision, progress, and risks to executives and stakeholders.
