Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a CoPilot Product Owner in Chicago to deliver Personal AI enablement and guide product strategy for enterprise AI initiatives. You’ll lead end-to-end product lifecycle for Copilot tooling and ensure governance, adoption, and scale across regions.

You’ll work with Technology Platform Managers and business partners to translate strategy into execution, track performance, and optimize outcomes through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a business enablement product in a technical environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and enterprise deployment.
• Understanding AI-powered personal productivity workflows.
• Familiarity with AI governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Drive discovery and identify new opportunities through personas, competitive analysis, and opportunities.
• Support product planning including forecasting, requirements, and success metrics.
• Maintain an enterprise-wide perspective to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
• Perform risk analysis and maintain governance artifacts aligned to frameworks and controls.
• Track product KPIs (adoption, satisfaction, performance) and conduct post-launch audits.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure regional alignment.
• Maintain product inventory, documentation, and governance artifacts with audit-ready accuracy.
• Provide RFP support and expert consulting across business and technology stakeholders.
• Operate cross-functionally with business, technology, risk, and compliance partners.
• Ensure adherence to governance, regulatory standards, and AI control frameworks.
• Develop and deliver quarterly OKRs aligned to enterprise strategy.
