Job summary

Smurfit WestRock is seeking a Digital Productivity Functional Consultant to drive adoption and practical use of Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Agents, and Power Platform across the organization. You will translate business needs into actionable recommendations and enable users with training and governance guidance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, regional teams, project managers, and platform administrators to deliver adoption content, analytics, and continuous improvement insights,

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Working understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, and Power Platform.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery and adoption of Digital Productivity solutions across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Copilot Agents, and related communication platforms.
  • Gather, understand, and translate business requirements into practical recommendations aligned with approved Digital Productivity platforms.
  • Help employees adopt digital tools and new ways of working that improve collaboration, communication, automation, and productivity.
  • Deliver adoption activities with an initial focus on Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Agents.
  • Create and maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date informational pages, training resources, governance guidance, success stories, and communication materials.

The opportunity

The Digital Productivity Functional Consultant supports the delivery and adoption of Smurfit WestRock's Digital Productivity strategy across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Copilot Agents, and related communication platforms.

This role translates business needs into practical digital ways of working, helping employees use approved tools more effectively, safely, and consistently. Working closely with business stakeholders, regional teams, project managers, platform administrators, and the broader Digital Productivity team, the consultant provides functional expertise, adoption support, training, communications, governance guidance, and usage insights that increase the business value of digital workplace services.

The initial focus of the role is to accelerate adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Agents by identifying business use cases, supporting users through guidance and training, maintaining adoption content, and helping establish safe, governed, and scalable usage across Smurfit WestRock.
