- Teach Microsoft 365 Copilot across Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Cover prompt-writing techniques and real-world AI workflows: summarizing, drafting, research, data analysis, meeting follow-ups
- Tailor examples to financial services (reporting, client communication, analysis, internal documentation)
- Cover responsible AI use: data privacy, confidentiality, and awareness of firm policy and regulatory expectations
- Prepare slides, live demos, and a short handout or prompt guide
- Provide post-session support for questions (email or short office hours)
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years delivering technical or software training to professional audiences
- Hands-on, working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI tools
- Proven ability to run live sessions for large groups and keep them engaged
- Experience or strong familiarity with financial services or another regulated industry
- Clear, confident communicator who can work with non-technical users through executives
- Available to work onsite in Manhattan
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., AI-900, MS-900, or Microsoft Certified Trainer)
- Prior Copilot rollout or adoption-program experience
- Familiarity with Copilot governance, DLP, and security concepts
- Experience with Copilot Studio or agents
- Follow-up Q&A support after the sessions
