Elios, Inc. is seeking a senior facilitator to lead a Microsoft 365 Copilot enablement program within a hybrid, six-month contract in Houston, TX.
You will run discovery sessions, design persona-based training, and coach executives to adopt Copilot in daily work across Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. You will certify internal champions, teach advanced users to build Copilot agents, and hand off findings to the instructional designer for follow-on sessions.
Location: Houston, TX | Type: Contract (6 months) | Setup: Hybrid | Experience: Senior | Pay: Up to $80/hr
You'll be the lead facilitator on a Microsoft 365 Copilot enablement program, running the workshops where business teams figure out what Copilot is actually good for in their day to day, then teaching them how to do it. Discovery sessions, persona-based training, executive coaching, and a technical track for super users all sit with you.
The client is an AI-first consulting firm that helps energy and industrial companies modernize their data and put AI into everyday use. This role sits on their change management team, so adoption is the scoreboard, not attendance.
If you've sat through Copilot trainings that were really just feature tours, you already know why this role exists. The job is getting people to change how they work, which means you need to be able to open the app, break it, and fix it in front of the room.
This is a small, senior delivery team inside a consulting firm where AI adoption is the product, not a side project. You'll have real latitude over how the program runs and direct access to the leaders whose buy-in decides whether it works.
Six months is enough time to see the whole arc: discovery, rollout, certified champions, and adoption data that shows what stuck.
