Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or a related technical role.

• Strong knowledge of Power Platform including Power Automate and Dataverse.
• 5+ years leading Generative AI and ML initiatives.
• Understanding of Generative AI, AI SDLC, prompt engineering, RAG, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, security, and enterprise data protection practices.
• Microsoft associate-level certification is required.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Copilot Developer with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio to design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered agents and proof-of-concept solutions. This role combines low-code development, Generative AI, solution consulting, and stakeholder collaboration to translate business needs into secure, scalable, and governed Copilot solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, topics, flows, and connectors.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, assess use cases, and define Copilot solutions.
• Build and ground agents using enterprise knowledge sources and integrate with Power Platform and Microsoft 365 services.
• Lead Copilot solutions through the full lifecycle, from discovery and proof of concept through production and maintenance.
• Advise stakeholders on Copilot Studio capabilities, limitations, best practices, and solution approaches.
• Develop reusable templates, patterns, documentation, and playbooks for Copilot implementations.
• Coach business users and citizen developers on building agents within established governance and security standards.
• Troubleshoot and refine Copilot agents based on stakeholder feedback, platform capabilities, and business requirements.
• Ensure solutions follow AI governance, data protection, security, compliance, and responsible AI standards.
• Collaborate with Power Platform administrators and governance teams on environments, security roles, policies, and application lifecycle management.
• Define success criteria and KPIs and support tracking of agent adoption, usage, and business impact.
• Stay current with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and related enterprise AI technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Dataverse.
• 5+ years of experience leading Generative AI and Machine Learning initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI SDLC, prompt engineering, RAG, cloud platforms, developer productivity tools, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical and AI solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, security, and enterprise data protection practices.
• Must hold a relevant Microsoft associate-level certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, asset management, or other regulated industries.
• Experience managing AI proof-of-concept or pilot programs, including defining success criteria and reporting outcomes.Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph connectors, and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Experience training or supporting citizen developers.

• Familiarity with software development practices, cloud platforms, and AI governance frameworks.
