Job summary

AD Solutions is seeking an experienced Copier Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain advanced office technology in a designated service area. You will provide hands-on technical support and build strong client relationships to ensure equipment runs at peak performance.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues with copiers, scanners, and printers, performing preventative maintenance, and using company systems to manage tickets.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing copier equipment.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently in the field while staying connected to the support team.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build trust with clients.
• Familiarity with networking and internet protocols is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with digital networked copiers, scanners, printers, and related devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance and complex repairs on office equipment.
• Use company systems to manage service call tickets, track parts, and document repairs.
• Follow proper troubleshooting procedures including firmware updates and part replacements.
• Utilize a company-issued mobile device to receive and close repair tickets.
• Provide clear, professional updates on repair status to customers.
• Keep the service vehicle well-stocked with tools, parts, and inventory.
