Job summary

AD Solutions in Florida is seeking a capable Copier Repair Technician to service and maintain networked office equipment across a designated territory. You will troubleshoot, repair, and preventively maintain copiers, scanners, printers, and related devices while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of mechanical or technical repair experience, a technical or vocational degree is a plus, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Technical or vocational degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years in mechanical or technical repair.
• Experience repairing networked office equipment is a plus.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Networking and internet familiarity a plus.
• Candidate must be a motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair networked office equipment including copiers, scanners, and printers.
• Perform preventative maintenance on a full line of office devices.
• Use service ticketing systems to manage work orders and inventory transfers.
• Adhere to replacement procedures and maintenance intervals.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and document status updates.
• Keep tools and vehicle stock organized and secure, and stay current with equipment enhancements.
