You will travel using the company vehicle, diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and execute repairs to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hands-on copier experience with a minimum of 3 years, preference for Xerox equipment.

• Strong problem-solving ability with creative troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a designated territory comprising of Xerox and Kyocera MFP’s. Your primary duties will involve using a company provided laptop and vehicle to visit customers, conduct technical diagnostics, perform preventative maintenance and hand hardware repairs will aim of ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
