Morris Business Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to maintain a designated territory across North and South Carolina. You will service Xerox and Kyocera MFPs, visit customers using a company-provided vehicle, perform diagnostics and preventive maintenance, and handle repairs to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hands-On Copier Experience: A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in servicing copiers is required.
• Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer operations are essential for interfacing with digital systems.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Effective and Clean Communication Skills.
• Problem Solving Ability: think creatively and find innovative technical solutions.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a designated territory comprising of Xerox and Kyocera MFP’s. Your primary duties will involve using a company provided laptop and vehicle to visit customers, conduct technical diagnostics, perform preventative maintenance and hand hardware repairs will aim of ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
