AbbVie is seeking a Manager, Copay Capabilities to lead the development of innovative copay capabilities and work closely with internal partners and external vendors to translate business needs into practical solutions that enhance affordability and program effectiveness.

You will partner with APEX, BTS, Copay Program Management, Patient Services, Finance, Legal/OEC, and other teams to shape roadmaps, drive execution, and expand AbbVie's ability to use copay information across the organization,

Qualificações

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, patient services, market access, finance, analytics, operations, technology or related function.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects, capability development, or vendor partnerships preferred.
• Working knowledge of patient support programs, copay programs, affordability solutions, or healthcare access landscape preferred.
• Awareness of the compliance and regulatory environment for manufacturers in the pharmaceutical space.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop innovative copay capabilities addressing patient access, affordability, and operational needs.
• Translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, plans, and capability requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to advance initiatives and improve copay program performance.
• Develop business cases, requirements, timelines, and success measures for new copay initiatives.
• Lead selected workstreams and coordinate milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications.
