CareMetx is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Copay Programs to shape how copay services are delivered to pharma clients. You will own program design, eligibility rules, and reimbursement operations, partnering with AM, Operations, and vendor partners to evolve capabilities and drive outcomes.

You will lead roadmap development, translate market needs into program requirements, and ensure performance against SLAs, while staying current on industry trends and vendor capabilities.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in pharmaceutical patient services, hub services, or reimbursement program roles.
• Deep knowledge of copay program mechanics, eligibility and adjudication.
• Proven product management experience with roadmaps and cross-functional delivery.
• Ability to advise and enable account management and operations teams.
• Experience managing vendor relationships with SLA accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Own copay program service model definition, delivery, monitoring, and improvement.
• Define requirements, standards, and vendor specs based on client needs.
• Lead program reviews to identify optimization opportunities and vendor performance.
• Act as SME to AM, Operations, and Client Services teams on copay capabilities.
• Define and maintain the copay program capability roadmap and success metrics.
