AbbVie is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to advance Copay Intelligence by building AI-powered analytics capabilities across patient data, claims, enrollment, and affordability programs.

You will drive predictive models, scoring frameworks, and decision-support systems while partnering with data engineering, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deploy solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, CS, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, OR related quantitative discipline.
• 6+ years of experience developing and deploying ML/AI or advanced analytics solutions in production.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, deployment, and improvement of analytics and AI solutions for Copay Intelligence initiatives.
• Build predictive, classification, forecasting, recommendation, and optimization models.
• Collaborate with data engineering and stakeholders to deploy ML workflows into production.
• Measure business impact and clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical teams.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to analytics community growth.
