Job summary

AbbVie Inc. seeks a Finance Manager for GTN Copay to lead accounting, analysis, reporting, and controls for copay and coupon activities. You will own related P&L and balance sheet responsibilities, ensuring accurate transactions in line with AbbVie GAAP policies and internal controls.

You will partner with the Commercial Copay CoE, Price Forecasting, Pricing CoE, and Systems teams to optimize GTN processes, SOX controls, and audits while supporting cross‑functional finance partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• At least 8 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review GTN journal entries, including accruals, true‑ups, and reallocations.
• Lead SAP data‑load automation for coupons.
• Maintain and reconcile coupon balance sheet accounts and investigate variances.
• Analyze GTN drivers and trends; prepare one‑page coupon summaries for cross‑product discussions.
• Lead reviews of coupon base and pipeline estimates with Price Forecasting.
• Design and document coupon‑related SOX controls and remediate gaps.
• Document GTN processes and methodologies for auditability.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors; provide analyses and documentation.
