Job summary

CareMetx is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Copay Programs to define and evolve how we deliver copay services to pharma manufacturers. This senior role blends subject matter expertise with product thinking to build scalable capabilities, working with Account Management, Operations, and vendor partners.

You will own program definitions, manage vendor relationships, create roadmaps, and develop training for teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pharmaceutical patient services, hub services, or related roles.
• Deep knowledge of copay program mechanics: eligibility, adjudication, benefits, reimbursement.
• Demonstrated product management: defining requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience advising account management and operations teams.
• Vendor relationships with SLA accountability and issue resolution.
• Strong analytical fluency translating data into recommendations.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own definition and evolution of copay program service model.
• Serve as internal SME on program design and reimbursement operations.
• Translate client needs into program requirements and specs.
• Lead vendor performance reviews and drive improvements.
• Define roadmap and strategic direction for copay programs.
• Develop and deliver copay program training for teams.
• Participate in pre-sales and new client onboarding as SME.
• Establish reporting standards and performance metrics.
