Job summary

McLane Foodservice is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator in Rocky Mount, NC. The role handles inbound/outbound customer service calls, researches issues, and manages stock alerts. You will prepare orders for drivers, respond to emails, and perform other duties as needed.

The position starts at $17.25 per hour with benefits beginning for eligible employees. Working Sundays through Thursdays starting at 4pm, in an office/warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year call center experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Foodservice experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word). Type at least 45 WPM.
• Knowledge of AS-400 preferred, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound customer service phone coverage.
• Conduct research to resolve customer issues.
• Monitor daily Out of Stock report and address accordingly.
• Invoicing orders and preparing pouches for drivers prior to truck departure.
• Respond to emails.
• Other duties may be assigned.
