Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Rocky Mount, NC. The role handles inbound and outbound customer service, invoicing, and driver prep, with a Sunday-Thursday 4pm start.

The starting rate is $17.25 per hour, with benefits accruing after the specified period. Duties include researching issues, handling emails, and maintaining stock reports. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to type 45 WPM.
• Familiarity with AS-400 is a plus but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound customer service phone coverage.
• Research customer issues and resolve them effectively.
• Monitor daily out-of-stock reports and take action.
• Invoicing orders and preparing pouches for drivers.
• Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Warehouse Coordinator

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide inbound and outbound customer service phone coverage.
• Conducting research to resolve customer issues.
• Monitoring daily "Out of Stock" report and address accordingly.
• Invoicing orders and preparing pouches for drivers prior to truck departure.
• Respond to emails
• Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year call center experience
• Customer service experience preferred
• Foodservice experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word). Type at least 45 WPM
• Knowledge of AS-400 preferred, but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
