Qualifications

• Prior experience with time and attendance processing strongly desired.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• 2–5 years manufacturing ERP systems experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Daily time and attendance processing.
• Compile, review, verify, and record time/attendance data and generate reports.
• Distribute shop print packages.
• Plan and organize production order processing.
• Assist Production Supervisors with employee documentation.
• Interact with shop floor to reinforce culture and values.
• Provide ongoing support to the production manager, supervisors, leads and employees.
• Generate and distribute department records, reports, and correspondence.
• Perform administrative duties to support other departments and the company.
• Handle filing, data entry, emails, and related tasks.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will be responsible for coordinating and organizing various critical Operations procedures and processes. This role will provide overarching support to the company overall and its employees.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily Time and Attendance processing.
• Accurately compile, review, verify, and record time/attendance data and generate reports.
• Distribution of shop print packages
• Plan and organize order processing for production.
• Assists Production Supervisors with employee documentation for tracking and record keeping purposes.
• Active interaction with shop floor personnel to build culture and values.
• Provide continuous support to the production manager, supervisors, leads and employees.
• Generates and distributes various department related records, reports, and correspondence.
• Performs administrative duties to support other departments and the entire company.
• Administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, responding to emails, etc.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

WHAT WE’R LOOKING FOR

• Prior experience with time and attendancestrongly desired.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, providing operational support, preferred.
• 2-5 years manufacturing ERP systems experience, preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Ability to work at a high energy level and tempo most of the time.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent at using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, polices, or standards.
• Ability to always keep a positive and professional attitude.

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal
