Job summary

You will handle time and attendance, production planning, and documentation, while liaising with shop floor personnel to maintain a focused, safe, and efficient work environment.

The role requires manufacturing exposure, ERP experience, and strong English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with time and attendance strongly desired.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment providing operational support preferred.
• 2-5 years manufacturing ERP systems experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Ability to work at high energy level and tempo.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong judgment to ensure compliance with laws, policies, standards.
• Positive, professional attitude in fast-paced settings.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.
• Respect for confidential information and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize various operations procedures and processes.
• Provide overarching support to the company and employees.
• Daily time and attendance processing and reporting.
• Compile, review, verify, and record attendance data and reports.
• Distribute shop print packages and plan production order processing.
• Assist Production Supervisors with documentation for records.
• Interact with shop floor personnel to build culture and values.
• Support production managers, supervisors, leads, and staff.
• Generate and distribute department records, reports and correspondence.
• Perform admin duties to support other departments and the company.
