Job summary

Eads Cooling Solutions is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee multi-location manufacturing maintenance. You will install, inspect, and maintain machines and electrical equipment while performing preventive maintenance to keep operations running efficiently.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 5+ years of related experience preferred; an associate degree or technical training is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Associates degree or technical/technical school training preferred.
• 5+ years of related mechanic experience in a manufacturing setting highly preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance.
• Ability to operate machinery and technical equipment; knowledge of system maintenance.
• Follow instructions from supervisors; safety standards and regulations.
• Good organizational and time management; basic computer and reporting writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
• Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
• Dismantles machinery and replaces defective parts.
• Inspects instruments to determine changes in parts requirements.
• Maintains inventories of equipment, parts and supplies.
• Trains production workers on routine preventive maintenance.
• Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Requisitions supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Must have reliable transportation to maintain multiple company facilities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Mfg. Maintenance Technician will oversee multiple locations and perform various tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. They will install and inspect machines and electrical equipment and carry out preventive maintenance to ensure industrial machines remain operational.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Must be physically able to climb, bend, or crawl into awkwardspaces.
