Job Description: Coordinates non-credit continuing online education programs for participants from business, industry, government, professional organizations, and the general adult population. Manages large content and employee partnerships.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handles all program logistics including customer service, scheduling, registrations, instructors, course materials, technology tools, and reporting. Ability to manage large scale projects. 40%
• Makes all fiscal arrangements for programs, including budgeting, salary negotiation, and registration fees. Assist in contract negotiations and executing contracts. 20%
• Implements non-credit continuing education programs for participants from business, industry, government, professional organizations, the general adult population. Assists in promotion of courses and certificates. 20%
• Evaluates programs and identifies ways to improve upon instruction, content and facilitation of future program offerings. Assists in program and course development. 15%
• Other duties as assigned. 5%

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience LSU values skills, experience, and expertise. Additional Requirements:

Operation Essential Personnel - This position may be asked to work during an official closure, but who is otherwise not required to report to the physical campus during a closure and whose absence does not present a risk to the safety, resources, and well-being of the campus per FASOP HR-01.

This position may require more than 40 hours per week including nights and weekends.
