Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent communication with contracted vendors through regularly scheduled meetings to discuss activity of new contractors, tracking work of contractors, and processing of timecards and invoices for payment.
  • Serve as the point of contact for contracted vendors regarding concerns with billing or onboarding.
  • Monitor request for assistance through the district’s communication platform and forward inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in staffing for department and district and keep accurate records and documentation at all times.
  • Assist in contract development and processing to completion of an executed agreement.
  • Assist in budget development for the department.
  • Assist in department projects as directed.
  • Comply with all state and federal rules, laws, policies, and guidelines related to special education as it pertains to budget and staffing.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with campus staff, administrators, parents, and external agencies.
  • Maintain professional competency by keeping abreast of current trends in special education laws, ethics, computer literacy, and technology resources.
  • Engage in professional behaviors that reflect integrity, accountability, and moral standards.
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.

Description
