The Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO) seeks a Coordinator of Infectious Disease Policy and Science & Regulatory Affairs in a Washington, DC hybrid role. You will provide administrative, logistical, and operational support to two policy teams, ensuring smooth meetings, records, and communications.
The role includes calendar management, contract processing, and coordinating internal/external meetings, as well as supporting policy research and liaison with stakeholders and vendors.

The primary purpose of the Coordinator of Infectious Disease Policy and Science & Regulatory Affairs is to provide comprehensive administrative, logistical, and operational support to two policy teams, ensuring smooth coordination of team and policy committee meetings, communications, and efficient management of day-to-day operations to achieve departmental goals. This includes managing committee records, processing financial documents, coordinating internal and external meetings, supporting policy research and writing, and liaising with external stakeholders and vendors, all while maintaining efficient systems and tracking progress on team activities.
