The Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO) is seeking a Senior Manager, Federal Government Relations to advocate for BIO and the biotech industry on enterprise appropriations. The Senior Manager, Federal Government Relations (FGR) will advocate on behalf of Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO) and the biotechnology industry in relation to enterprise appropriations across BIO’s diverse membership. The role involves engaging with member companies and members of Congress to advance the industry’s policy priorities. The individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute bipartisan political strategies that address key biotechnology issues, policies, and to promote innovation and growth in the sector.
