Biocom in Los Angeles is seeking a Regional Development Manager to drive strategic initiatives by cultivating partnerships with life sciences stakeholders and research institutions in the greater LA region.
The role focuses on regional market development, program development, and member engagement across Biocom's five pillars, with a hybrid work setup and strong emphasis on policy, funding, networking, and workforce development.
The position of the Regional Development Manager will be responsible for developing and driving strategic initiatives by cultivating partnerships with key stakeholders, research institutions, and industry leaders in the greater Los Angeles region.
The Regional Development Manager identifies emerging opportunities, builds relationships both internally and externally, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and execute programs across Biocom’s 5 Pillars.
Success in this role requires a strong understanding of how the needs of life science organizations can be fulfilled by public policy, funding & partnering, cost savings, networking and workforce development initiatives. They must possess exceptional business development, communication, and relationship management skills to expand Biocom’s influence, and support long‑term organizational growth.

The anticipated base salary for this position will start at $115,000 and will include a 10% target bonus opportunity. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education etc. Biocom is a multi-state and multi-regional employer and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states and regions.
