Responsibilities

• Monitors and completes audits for patient care tracking; handles admission process.

• Tracks and collects assessments and surveys (e.g., BASIS-32/CABA, patient satisfaction).
• Maintains therapeutic tools and schedules per therapist directives; supports charge entry where required.

How You'll Contribute

A Coordinator, Behavioral Health Outpatient who excels in this role:

• Monitors and completes necessary audits for patient care tracking. Handles all aspects of the admission process.
• Supports in the completion of pre-admission paperwork as applicable.
• Supports in the tracking and collection of required assessments and surveys (such as BASIS-32/CABA and patient satisfaction surveys).
• Maintains supply of therapeutic tools such as worksheets, videos, and games for clinician use. Per the therapist dictation maintains the programming schedule.
• Supports with charge reconciliation and entering as required.

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Additional Requirements Include

• Valid driver's license
• CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact.
• Previous experience on an inpatient unit preferred.
• Must have experience with clerical duties.

Hourly Range: $19-$24 per hour
