The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for various security positions. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple candidates at once, and a commitment to maintaining a professional and efficient hiring process.

Title: Recruiting Branch Manager

Reports To: Human Resource Coordinator

Location: 6305 Ivy Ln, Greenbelt, MD 20770

Schedule: M-F 9:00am to 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and availability
• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews for security officer candidates
• Lead and facilitate new hire orientation classes, including reviewing company policies, procedures, and expectations
• Coordinate hiring efforts with management to meet staffing needs
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring progress
• Post job advertisements and source candidates through various platforms
• Ensure all candidates meet company and licensing requirements prior to hire
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
