The Role:

We’re seeking a driven, people-focused Recruiter / Training Coordinator to attract and hire security industry professionals (agents, operations team, and other roles). You’ll help us scale and fuel our expansion with top-tier talent. In addition, you will handle training and compliance tracking for our security agents. You must be comfortable with a dual role and must understand the unique demands of the security industry.

This position is ideal for a motivated, energetic individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building relationships. The role will be focused on recruitment and hiring, particularly during periods of active growth. During slower hiring cycles, the role will shift toward supporting internal personnel needs such as training & development and licensing & certifications.

Prior experience recruiting within the security sector is required

What You’ll Do:

·Lead End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full‑cycle hiring process for security and operational roles, including job postings, candidate communications and efficient hiring timelines.

·Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to define hiring needs and talent requirements that align with business goals.

·Proactive Sourcing & Screening: Identify, interview, and vet candidates through diverse channels and networking, building a strong network of qualified professionals to meet ongoing and future needs.

·Manage Employee Development: Plan, organize, and implement training programs that align with business goals. Generate reports on training completion rates.

·Monitor Compliance: Track certification expirations and oversee mandatory licensing and compliance requirements. Maintain security agent training records.

·Brand Ambassadorship: Represent our company, our premier culture, and our professional standards to every candidate.
