Job description

Job Title: Medical/Pharmaceutical Customer Representative

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a full-time, contract-to-hire Medical/Pharmaceutical Customer Representative position. This role is remote and initially lasts for 6 months.

Responsibilities:
  1. Possess basic knowledge of all Managed Care solutions.
  2. Engage with customers via email, phone, live chat, and intake forms.
  3. Manage an average of 10-15 customer cases simultaneously.
  4. Handle 15-40 incoming calls daily from pharmacies and Sales Team Leads, serving as the Managed Care point person on conference calls for pharmacy chains and buying groups.
  5. Participate in daily team huddles and cross-departmental meetings.
Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Confident, articulate, and professional communication skills.
  2. Organized with the ability to maintain structured daily responsibilities.
  3. Adaptable to the evolving healthcare landscape and receptive to new ideas.
  4. Act as an advocate and liaison between customers and the organization.
  5. Apply basic concepts, principles, and technical skills to routine tasks.
  6. Identify and track customer pain points.
  7. Uphold department SOPs, SLAs, and goals.
  8. Willing to troubleshoot technical issues and implement process improvements.
  9. Educational background: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  10. 1-3+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  11. Strong communication, organizational, and listening skills.
  12. Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
  13. Possess a strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
  14. Friendly, patient, and able to build rapport with sales teams.
  15. Ability to work independently.

Pay Range and Benefits:

Pay Range: $19-21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
