DataXoom is a leading provider of US mobile data services for large business and enterprise customers. We are looking for a key addition to our Sales team. The Sales Coordinator/Account Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the company. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and follow-up on incoming lead process to ensure response and appropriate lead assignment
  • Conduct customer meetings to nurture relationship and analyze product needs
  • Manage and keep up to date on key metrics for existing customers.
  • Maintain organized sales records and report open projects and initiatives to management
  • Create and submit proposals and other related documentation to potential customers
  • Manage the completion and filing of all sales related contracts, proposals and related documentation.
  • Assist with the maintenance of company CRM system; update sales related information as needed.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with potential clients to ensure that orders are processed promptly
  • Additional administrative and office duties as assigned


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support, admin or similar position
  • Familiarity with consulting or solution selling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel a must
  • Organizational skills and strong attention to detail a must
  • Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
  • Display professional, positive, and courteous phone etiquette
  • Excellent verbal communications skills; exhibits professional and structured written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Easily adaptable; entrepreneurial drive and work ethic
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Associate degree, BA or related field, a plus
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S
