Responsibilities

  • Managing office workflows, scheduling, correspondence, and records to keep the team focused and organized.
  • Coordinating logistics for programs, events, and chapter-related activities across the academic year.
  • Maintaining accurate databases, tracking compliance documentation, and preparing reports for leadership.
  • Serving as a first point of contact for students, chapter advisors, and campus partners, providing responsive and knowledgeable support.
  • Tracking chapter and student account balances and flagging discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Executing registration processes for chapters, members, and associated programs throughout the year.
  • Updating and maintaining the office website to ensure content is current and accessible to students and stakeholders.
  • Supporting educational initiatives and community programming that advance the goals of the fraternity and sorority community.

Reporting to the Assistant Dean and Director of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs, you'll be the operational backbone of an office that supports dozens of chapters and hundreds of students.

This position is a Grade: 7 - 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $37,190-$44,640 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.
