Job summary

New Era Technology PH is seeking a Coordination Manager to oversee work order execution, streamline processes, and ensure PMO-aligned project delivery. You will lead coordinators and cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and drive improvements.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in project/ops roles, strong KPI analysis, and excellent stakeholder communication. PMP certification is highly regarded; this is a remote role supporting US and EMEA projects.

Qualifications

What is the role

The Coordination Manager is responsible for overseeing work order execution, improving operational processes, and ensuring projects are delivered according to PMO standards. This role provides leadership to coordinators, resolves escalated issues, and drives continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Work Set-up / Work Schedule

• Remote
• 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM (PH Time) and will be supporting some after-hours US and EMEA projects

Who we are looking for

Successful candidate must possess:

• Must have 3 - 5+ years' experience in a project, operations, or service delivery environment.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving operational, project-related, and escalated issues.
• Proven leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated success driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong ability to analyze KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent professional project management qualification is highly regarded.
