Healing Touch Home Care is seeking a seasoned Billing & Administrative Coordinator to own billing, remittances, payroll support, and agency compliance paperwork. You’ll provide admin support to the Administrator and ensure timely claims processing during a 30‑day paid training in our Las Vegas office.
After training, the role shifts to a hybrid schedule. Experience with Nevada Medicaid, EVV systems like Sandata, and ADP payroll is preferred; entry-level candidates should not apply.
$22/hour during a 30-day paid, in-office training period (30 hrs/week), then $44,000–$52,000/year based on experience. Candidates with Medicaid billing, Nevada payroll, and home care agency experience will be considered for the top of the range.
Healing Touch Home Care is a Nevada Medicaid Personal Care Services agency supporting clients in their homes with a team of about 200 caregivers. We're looking for an experienced Billing & Administrative Coordinator to own our billing, remittances, payroll support, and agency compliance paperwork, and to provide administrative support directly to our Administrator.
You'll be the person the office relies on to get claims out, catch denials, keep payroll deductions accurate, and meet hard deadlines with Medicaid, managed care plans, and state agencies. Your first 30 days are a structured, paid training period in our Las Vegas office. You'll learn our payers and systems, including newly rebuilt tracking tools, before taking full ownership of the desk. After training, the role moves to a hybrid schedule.
This is a services billing role, not a coding role. Rates and units are set by each client's authorization, so ICD-10 or CPT coding experience isn't needed. What matters is knowing how to get claims paid through the Nevada Medicaid portal and our managed care plans.
Submit claims through Sandata and track billed units against authorizations
Monitor new and existing authorizations and eligibility
Review caregiver hours and payroll sheets each pay period
Prepare the agency's business and operating license renewals and keep them on schedule
Manage the Administrator's calendar, inbox, and follow-ups
4+ years of medical billing experience, including at least 2 years in home health or home care
Nevada payroll experience, including deductions, garnishments, and DETR unemployment claims
Flexible work from home options available.
