  • Check visits for missing information, schedule conflicts, and billing issues.
  • Upload and process timesheets received by email and fax.
  • Review schedules and recorded hours to identify and resolve errors before payroll deadlines.
  • Follow up on missing or incorrect timesheets and documentation.
Authorizations & Documentation
  • Track authorizations, document deadlines, and pending requirements.
  • Review monthly schedules for expired authorizations and notify the appropriate service coordinators.
  • Maintain organized electronic files using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Dropbox.
  • Ensure records are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
Communication & Administrative Support
  • Communicate with caregivers, service coordinators, and internal teams in English and Spanish.
  • Manage incoming calls and voicemails on the main office line.
  • Follow up on missing documents and outstanding items.
  • Support daily administrative tasks and help keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Bring
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in healthcare billing.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct errors.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Confidence in following up with people to obtain missing information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, basic Excel, Dropbox, and other computer systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with care.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in home care, healthcare, or a medical office.
  • Familiarity with EVV systems, payroll support, and billing processes.
  • Knowledge of NHTD, TBI, and Plan of Care (POC) requirements.
