Job summary

Purity Dairies is hiring a Warehouse Operator for our Nashville facility. This full-time role offers a 3rd shift (Mon–Sat, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM) with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition reimbursement and 401(k).

The successful candidate will perform picking, pulling, building orders, palletizing, loading/unloading, and staging materials, while safely operating warehouse equipment in a cool environment at 35–40°F.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary and manually stack and move cases up to 6-8 high.
• Must be able to work in a wet environment and in a temperature maintained at 35-40°F.
• Willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, pulling, and building orders, palletizing products, loading, unloading and staging materials for outgoing delivery.
• Safely operate various material handling equipment and machinery in a warehouse, cooler or dock environment.
• Work at any station or line as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Our Purity Dairy has immediate job openings for fast‑paced and motivated warehouse operators to perform any combination of picking, pulling, and building orders, palletizing products, loading, unloading, and staging materials for outgoing delivery, and working any station or line that is assigned. Warehouse operators are also responsible for safely operating various material and handling equipment and machinery within a warehouse, cooler, or dock environment.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary and manually stack and move cases up to 6-8 cases high
• Must be able to work in a wet environment and in an environment where temperature is maintained at 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays
• May occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals
