Purity Dairies, a DFA regional brand, is seeking a Relief Filler Operator for its Nashville facility. The role involves maintaining and setting up equipment, troubleshooting operations, and ensuring GMP-compliant production to meet daily deadlines.

Pay is $24.25 per hour with a 2nd shift schedule Mon-Fri 10pm-6:30am and Saturdays as needed. Benefits include 401(k), healthcare, vacation, and opportunities for advancement within the DFA family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.

Purity Dairy has immediate job openings for well-versed Relief Operators to perform a variety of essential functions, including maintaining, setting up, and breaking down equipment and machinery, as well as troubleshooting and resolving basic to moderate operating issues. Relief Operators will also be responsible for processing both finished and raw materials, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), coordinating effectively with all departments, and ensuring daily production deadlines are met.

• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
• Must be able to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to be able to work in a wet environment
• May have some exposure to dust, fumes and cleaning chemicals
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays
