Job summary

Clover Farms Dairy Co is seeking a Cooler Supervisor to directly supervise and coordinate all activities in the Cooler department, maximizing productivity on assigned shifts. You will plan, assign, and direct work while aligning with MOS and safety policies.

The role requires leadership experience, familiarity with GMP, and the ability to drive cost reductions and productivity improvements. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with strong organizational skills and bilingual Spanish being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a minimum of 2 years plant experience.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Experience leading and following Safety/Security Policies and Procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lead others through change and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Must pass all pre-employment screens (drug, background and criminal checks).

Responsibilities

• Supervise Cooler operations, shipping schedules, and material handling.
• Maintain inventory, control product loss, and ensure safety guidelines.
• Coordinate weekly CI Meetings and resolve product/employee issues.
• Train and instruct staff; enforce policies and MOS.
• Analyze problems and improve productivity while meeting goals.
• Prepare management reports and maintain records.
