Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 5+ years in cold storage and related operations.
• Knowledge of SAP including inventory and shipping.
• Familiarity with GMPs, FSMA and SQF.
• Ability to lead an hourly workforce, including unionized staff.
• Able to work in cold and wet conditions; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order fulfillment and ensure accurate loading and FEFO rotation.
• Coordinate production sequence to meet loading window.
• Manage dock loading, trailers, and shipping documents.
• Oversee empty case dock and returns processes.
• Maintain accurate cooler inventory in SAP and perform cycle counts.
• Forecast and manage resale item inventory.
• Oversee refrigerated raw ingredient receiving and storage with QA coordination.
• Monitor temperature and respond to cooling issues.
• Supervise hourly workers and enforce safety policies.
